Clamping Technology

We manufacture quick-change systems for the machine tool industry, specialising in toolmaking and mechanical engineering.

We optimise machining directly at the workpiece, beginning at the drive spindle. This is why we collaborate closely with numoerous machine tool manufacturers. In addition, we produce turned and milled parts both as a subcontractor and for our own assemblies, components, and system solutions.

ProChipper®
Cutting Tools

Due to the two-part division of our production into clamping systems and cutting tools, we can precisely optimise the cutting process at the workpiece. Our cutting tools are designed for non-ferrous metals, sandwich materials, wood, aluminium, amorphous materials, and paper processing.

We manufacture cutting tools with cutting edges made of:

  • Carbide
  • PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond)
  • HSS

For this reason, we collaborate with various machine tool manufacturers. We produce turned and milled parts both as a subcontractor and for our own assemblies and components.

Designing object-oriented tool solutions and developing split tool concepts for individual machines or entire production lines are among our core strengths.

By carefully evaluating tool application data, we ensure economical tool designs that take into account all required drive powers, cutting values, and machine parameters. Precision craftsmanship, combined with CNC production and state-of-the-art measuring technology, allows us to achieve the tightest manufacturing tolerances and optimal tool performance. Quality control is carried out using non-contact measuring technology, and we provide a measuring protocol upon request.

ProChipper®
Sharpening Service and Maintenance

On-schedule tool repair within a maximum of 10 days

We complement our vertical range of manufacturing capabilities with the repair of our own tools as well as those from other manufacturers, including regrinding and re-eroding of diamond tools. Upon request, our field service can collect and deliver your tools directly to you.

Especially when the choice between repairing and purchasing new tools is marginal, we help you determine the most economical solution.

Laser marking service

We offer laser marking of components using diode or fibre lasers. Laser marking provides excellent design flexibility and does not apply any mechanical force to the component.

As a service provider, we mark aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic, and cast iron components.
