Privacy Policy

Personal data (hereinafter referred to as data) is processed by us to the extent necessary, and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents and the services offered there.

Users have the following rights in relation to data processing:

In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same (Article 16, 17(1), (18) GDPR). However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have the right to information about these recipients.

III. Information about the data processing

Data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided deletion of that data is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.

Server data

For technical reasons, the following data transmitted by your browser and temporarily stored in server log files ensures a secure and stable website. These server log files record the type and version of your browser, operating system, the prior website you visited (referrer URL), the webpages you visit on our website, the date and time of your visit, as well as your IP address.

This data is temporarily stored without being associated with any of your personal data.

The legal basis for this storage is Article 6(1) (f) GDPR, as our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.

The data will be deleted after no more than seven days, unless further storage is required for evidentiary purposes. In which case, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until the investigation of the relevant incident has been resolved.

Web Fonts from Adobe Typekit

This site uses web fonts provided by Adobe Typekit for consistent and correct font display. When you visit a page, your browser connects to Adobe servers to retrieve the necessary fonts, transmitting your IP address in the process.

The use of Adobe Typekit web fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

Google Maps

Our website uses Google Maps to display our location and to provide directions. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter Google).

To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established whenever our website is accessed.
